Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, you may request a return and refund subject to the timeline below.
3-day return window
You must initiate a return within 3 days of the recorded delivery date. Returns requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.
Refund
After we receive and verify your returned order (or approved evidence of damage), we will process a refund to your original payment method or as store credit, in line with our verification process. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
